Yay! I’m so happy you have decided to take action and invest in yourself by joining the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program. The last thing I want to do immediately after you have taken such an exciting step for yourself is to burden you with some complicated contract with a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo. So I have done my best to write this agreement in simple and straight-to-the-point language.
Also, think of this as your first lesson in being Shy and Mighty. One of the most important aspects of running your own business, is establishing clear expectations with your clients. This agreement really is a blueprint for how the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program works. So not only does it protect me as the service provider, but it protects you as the customer in that it keeps me accountable and makes sure I do everything for my clients that I have promised.
OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
The Shy and Mighty Mentoring program a light touch, ad hoc, 1-on-1 confidence coaching service, with me Nadia Finer providing mindset and strategic support for people are looking to overcome their shyness and become more confident.
As a member of the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program you can expect accountability, coaching and advice to help you overcome your shyness related challenges.
In terms of concrete services, I promise personalised answers to your mindset questions during our one to one online video calls. You can ask me for advice, get feedback and ideas and share your progress with me.
MY AVAILABILITY
As a member of the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program you are invited to book in for 2 coaching calls with me per month. Each call will last 15 minutes.
If you do not book your calls, you will be unable to roll them over to the next month.
Please schedule your calls via my online calendar HERE.
Please do NOT ask me questions via email – I may lose track of your emails if you do this.
Please bear in mind that I am based in the UK, so please check you have used the correct time zone when booking in.
You will receive a reminder prior to our call and a zoom link that will send you to our Zoom Room.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Anything that is said or revealed in the discussions between coach and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities.
LIABILITY
The methods employed by Nadia Finer do not guarantee results. They are guidelines that the client must follow through on in order to see any type of change. The client agrees, therefore, to hold the coach free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given in the coaching sessions.
FAIR USAGE
As part of our commitment to providing excellent quality, great advice and a reliable service for all Shy and Mighty Mentoring customers, Shy and Mighty Mentoring applies a Fair Usage Policy to its coaching services to ensure that customers act reasonably when using the service.
While we encourage Shy and Mighty Mentoring customers to take full advantage of our excellent quality of service, we have an obligation to ensure that ALL customers receive the best possible service at all times.
As such, we ask that you come prepared to our coaching calls. Our time together is limited and we will not be able to over run.
If you do require additional coaching support I will invite you to upgrade to a more in depth package. If you require additional support please contact nadia@nadiafiner.com about upgrading your plan.
PAYMENT POLICY
Membership of the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program is $197 per month.
When you sign up you will provide your payment details and automatic billing will be done on a monthly basis through Stripe.
Membership is on a month by month basis. You can cancel at any time.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
The monthly payments are non-refundable. I wish I could be more flexible but I am giving you a ton of value with my live support and advice. As a smart business women, which hopefully you are or will be too, I can’t just give that away. So the monthly fee is non-refundable.
If you do decide to cancel your membership, please let us know and we will stop your payments, for the following month onwards.
The moment you cancel your subscription to the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program your membership will cease and you will not be able to access any more coaching calls.
Please note, that once you have terminated your membership of the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program, should you wish to return, you will be subject to any price increases that have taken effect since your departure.
ETIQUETTE
As the leader of the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program I reserve the right to terminate membership of anyone who behaves in a rude, unpleasant or unsupportive manner.
Anyone found to be doing something completely uncool, like trying to poach my clients, or just being plain mean – will be kicked out of the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program with immediate effect.
By agreeing to these terms you agree that I, Nadia Finer, as the owner and operator of the Shy and Mighty Mentoring program, reserve the right to revoke membership and accompanying benefits at any time for any reason I deem just.
LEGAL STUFF
Also, by agreeing to these terms, you agree that I can’t be liable to you, or any third party, for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, complaints, claims, litigation or other incidental, consequential or special damages which arise regarding this agreement.
This writing consists of the full agreement between the parties. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without my permission. This contract stays in place and need not be renewed. This contract cannot be amended by oral agreement and can only be amended in writing with the consent of both parties.
Make sure you keep a copy of this document for your records.
